All Things Homespun....Miniature Button & Rosette Fairy Tiara...

 
 A treat for my granddaughters for when they next visit....
 
 
...some scraps of florist wire and foliage left over from making headpieces for the Dance Troupe at school, pearly buttons, tiny scrapbooking rosettes...
 

...woven and wound together randomly to create a sweet little miniature fairy tiara...

 
Mr Owl will wear this one until the Fairies come for it...
...Mimi...

  2. How cute, Mimi! I was given a large jar of clear, white, and ivory buttons, and this would be such a lovely way to use some of them. They would also look pretty with long lengths of flowing ribbon tied on to the back.
    I think your granddaughters are going to love their surprises!

    1. Yes for sure Kelsey. It was such a quick little thing to make, and weaving the florists wire this way and that with no rhyme or reason was actually very soothing. Ribbons on the back would be very sweet! Mimi xxx
