But we try. Thanks for visiting. Tis not the season here for pumpkin, but I will stash your recipe away for when the seasonal use for the pumpkin and eggplant can be used! I agree with your philosophy of eating what is in season, and making the best of it in creative ways. :) Marilyn @ MountainTopSpicehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00600290895531484438noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7492903313028603031.post-10732682322502535382015-05-05T23:42:03.351+10:002015-05-05T23:42:03.351+10:00This sounds good! I had zucchini a little while back, so your seasonal cycles must vary from ours further North buy a few weeks or so. I love zucchini cut into slivers and pan fried with sesame oil. We are not meant to eat the same things all year around, we are meant to have as wide a variety as possible. This makes sure we get different vitamins and minerals etc. It makes life interesting too as who wants to eat the same meals all year? I love the change of seasons and the change of food. I can keep all my fruit and vegies way down in price this way. Right now I have a kitchen full of zucchini! Lovely recipe also Mimi thank you.xxxAnnabelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09027539528156492413noreply@blogger.com
